Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese form of energy healing, commonly used for relaxation, stress release, physical healing, emotional healing, insight, and personal growth. Reiki translates to universal life energy or spiritually guided life energy. We are essentially energetic beings living in a human body. We come into contact with both positive and negative energy on a day to day basis.

Overtime this can cause us to hold onto things that do not serve us, whether it be physical pain, emotional pain, or energy that we absorb from other people. I have been practicing Reiki in Louisville, KY since receiving Reiki I & II Attunements in the Usui Reiki Method of Natural Healing in March of 2019. I received my Reiki Master level III in July 2020. I furthered my study with Karuna Reiki I & II training, which is a registered trademark of The International Center for Reiki Training in January of 2021, and completed my Karuna level III training in July of 2021. I first became interested in Reiki as a way to understand being an empath, and later realized what a profound impact it had had on my intuition and personal growth. After my training, I knew I wanted to offer healing to others, as well as to enjoy Reiki as a tool to heal myself. During a Reiki session I will scan the body using both hands on touch and hovering over points in the body, using a pendulum over the chakras to assess imbalances, focusing on the aura and chakras, or wherever you may have physical pain. For a first time receiver of Reiki I will use only the Usui method of Reiki, as the Karuna method is very strong and one must have some exposure to Reiki before receiving this kind of deep healing.

Pricing: Distant Reiki $45 for a 30 minute session or $75 for an hour session. I can also send distant Reiki via zoom, where I can access your chakras using a pendulum and based on where there are imbalances, I can send Reiki to those areas. In person sessions are one hour sessions for $75. I also offer Usui Reiki Attunements for levels I, II, IIIa, and IIIb, and Karuna Reiki Attunements for levels I, II, and III.
